Terms of service
The main rules for a project with NIA. The signed quote sets out the terms of each project.
Quote
Every project starts with a written quote setting out the content of the service, what is not included, the price, the estimated timeline and the payment terms. Work begins once the quote has been accepted in writing.
Content supplied by the client
The client supplies the texts, photos and logos listed in the quote, and guarantees that they hold the rights to them. The delivery time runs from their receipt.
Revisions
The number of revision rounds is stated in the quote. Requests beyond that, or outside the agreed scope, get an additional quote before any work is done.
Ownership
The domain name is registered in the client's name. Content supplied by the client remains the client's property. Once paid in full, the client may freely use, modify and develop their website, including with another provider. NIA only shows a client's website in its portfolio with the client's consent.
Monthly care
NIA Care is optional. There is no minimum term: it can be cancelled by a simple email, with one month's notice.
Results
NIA undertakes to deliver careful work in line with the quote. No commercial result and no search engine ranking can be guaranteed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law.
