Data collected
This website only collects the data you enter in the contact form: name, email and, if you provide them, company, phone, indicative budget and description of your project.
Why
To answer your request and, where relevant, prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention period
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted no later than 24 months after the last exchange. Client data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and as required by accounting obligations.
Recipients
Your data is never sold or shared for advertising purposes. It passes through the website's host, which also receives the form: Netlify, Inc., San Francisco (United States). A copy of your enquiry is then sent by email to a Gmail inbox (Google). These providers may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.
Cookies and statistics
This website uses no advertising cookies or trackers. Fonts are hosted on the website itself. If visitor statistics are added, they will be cookie-free and this page will be updated.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to niadigital0@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
