In practice

How care works

You send me your request by email: change opening hours, add a photo, update a price, add a vehicle or product. I apply it within the time set by your plan and let you know when it is live.

Alongside that, I regularly check that the website works, stays fast and that its components are up to date. A backup lets us roll back to a previous version if anything goes wrong.

What is not included

New pages and new features: separate quote
Changes beyond the time included in your plan: billed by the time spent, announced in advance
More than 40 stock updates per month: on quote
The domain name and any external services: passed on at cost

Care is optional. You can also request one-off changes, on quote.
